The drink mix provides key nutrients (including folic acid, iron, and DHA) for both mom and child and packs in ginger and Vitamin B6, all without needing to swallow a pill! A complete pregnancy vitamin, Premama is doctor recommended.
Premama is easy to take! Simply add it to your favorite beverage – milk, juice, iced tea – or even sprinkle it in your morning cereal. It’s completely flavorless, so you’ll be getting all the benefits of a prenatal vitamin with none of the daily dread of swallowing a horse pill. How Often Do I Take Premama? Take Premama twice a day. We’ve divided each stick into two, so that you can take the prenatal in one dose or two. For best results, take it within five minutes of adding it to food or drinks. Sue, mother of four – :
I am expecting my 4th child in June. Premama allows me to easily space out the vitamin dose throughout the day, which reduces nausea and cravings. I wish it had been available 6 years ago!
Mollie, young professional – :
I was introduced to Premama at an Expo in Las Vegas. I am only 25 years old. I am not pregnant, nor planning to get pregnant any time soon, but I was taking a daily multivitamin. Even that pill was large, and I prefer the powdered delivery method much more. I know that I should be on a prenatal supplement, or at least a Folic acid supplement, from now until menopause, at least thats what I am told, and I could not enjoy a supplement more than I enjoy Premama. Plus my hair and nails are growing like crazy!!!

I am now 5 months pregnant, and the thought of taking these horse pills they call prenatal pills is annoying. They are either huge, or they come in two’s! Can’t anyone package all the vitamins we need in one small little tablet for us to take? Of course not.
But, thankfully, someone decided to put all the vitamins we need into a powdered drink mix. Simply mix it in with either water, or fruit juice, and ta-da! Easier to take! When taking with water, it actually has a ginger-y taste to it. But with juice (I took it with grape juice) I didn’t taste anything at all.
This wonderful new concoction is called Premama. It isdoctor recommended, provides nausea relief, is 100%natural, and has only 6 calories. It contains everything we need as pregnant, or breast feeding, women. It has the Folic Acid, Iron and DHA that is recommended. It also helps with digestive relief, so we can spend less time being, for lack of a better term, backed up.
You would simply mix the powder into your favorite juice (or water) and drink it twice a day. I do once when I wake up, and later with dinner. It would have been nice to have this earlier in my pregnancy, I was so nauseous, it was insane! This would have been such a great help.
Whats great about this, for me, is that I can take it on the go. If I know I am going to be out, I can go ahead, and throw a packet in my purse and drink it later on while I am out. Which is much easier (in my opinion) than taking a bottle of pills, or two bottles (for those that have 2 pills, such as One-A-Day prenatals).
Sarah, mother of one and wife – :
I am so grateful I found your product. It has changed my life. I used to be tired and unbalanced – and since starting Premama two months ago, I feel great – like never before – and I’m not even pregnant. My daughter is 2, but I gave up taking pre-natals because they made me feel sick and nothing has had such a big impact on my daily energy level as your formula. My husband thanks you too!
Brittany, 1st time mom – :
I have been trying the first samples of Premama and greatly prefer it over the pill. I find that it tastes best when mixed with plain milk, OJ, or any other juice, even iced tea.
Justine, 2nd time mom – :
I could not stomach those large prenatal pills. They made me so sick and I just could not keep them down, so I stopped taking them. My husband urged me to continue on them for both the health of me and my baby, but I could not do it, until I found Premama. Premama is not just talk, it solves all the problems I faced and I wish it was around for my first child as well. I will recommend this to all of my friends.

I can’t live without my Premama, time to re-order…I am just crazy about Premama!
Blogger, reviewer of over 30 prenatal vitamins – :
Premama is the best prenatal vitamin I have ever come across
Cari, editor of Witchita Family Magazine – :
I, myself am trying out Premama and am crazy impressed. My morning sickness has been so much less since using it instead of pills. It truly is tasteless and that’s a rare find. It’s at the top of my list for our September issue “editor’s picks”.
Shara, mother of four – :
If I had known about Premama I would have been ALL OVER THAT with every pregnancy.
I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to find an easier, more tolerable vitamin.
Jenn, Mom of Two Boys and Blogger – :
I’ve tried drink mixes and energy stuff that says they mix completely and they don’t, and it’s gross. Premama is actually tasteless, which I love. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all like some other supplements do, which is a relief for me. I wish I had known about this when I was pregnant with my boys, it would have been so much easier then the pills I was taking.
Shawna W – :
Thank god I found your product, I didn’t have a huge problem with prenatal pills, but the energy I get from Premama is AMAZING!
I’ve already told all my friends, even those who aren’t expecting.
